Rooted in science, respect is our essence
We love cosmetics that mirror our personality: they don't conceal, they reveal. It is transparent. We are what we create. Our corporate culture is rooted in science. As such, it is free from prejudice. We are aware that the chemical / nature dichotomy is nothing more than a stretch and that every metabolic process is chemical by definition. In other words, without chemistry nature and life would not exist. We distinguish between bad chemistry and good chemistry and, when we make our cosmetics, we focus unconditionally on good chemistry, functional to our product, especially if professional, maximizing performance with a low environmental impact.
In I.B.I. Cosmetics we prefer raw materials of biotechnological origin. Starting from a natural component, we are able to reproduce its molecules with natural processes, such as fermentation, which requires a low use of resources. Procuring the same molecules in nature would entail a decidedly higher environmental impact with waste of water, land and energy. The production facility makes extensive use of renewable energy, a sustainable approach that in I.B.I. is also social, since the organizational principles of work are guided by total compliance with safety regulations, the inclusion and enhancement of people.
